Software-Defined Radio Implemented GPS Spoofing and Its Computationally Efficient Detection and Suppression

This article demonstrates global positioning system (GPS) spoofing with a commercial, off-the-shelf software-defined radio (SDR) emitter fitted local oscillator exhibiting stability consistent the medium-term (0.01-1 000 s) of atomic clocks on GPS satellite systems. Computationally efficient means detecting is then addressed, namely codeless detection by phase-difference measurement signals received from two-antenna array. We conclude using simple and effective method to suppress restore time-transfer capabilities, extend demonstration jamming cancellation. Experiment results demonstrate performance proposed methods an emphasis computational efficiency for real-time execution embedded single-board computers.
